JAM Rules Against Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)

Preamble

This app is committed to creating a safe, secure environment for all users—especially children. We have zero tolerance for any content or behavior that sexually exploits, abuses, endangers, or harms children. These rules apply to all users, content, and interactions on the app, and we will enforce them rigorously in compliance with local, national, and international laws.

1. Prohibited Content

Users may not upload, post, share, store, or distribute any content that:

• Depicts or contains child sexual abuse material (CSAM)—including images, videos, audio, or text that shows minors (under the age of 18) engaged in sexual activity, or that sexually objectifies or demeans minors.

• Promotes, normalizes, or glorifies child sexual abuse, exploitation, or grooming.

• Shares personal information of minors (e.g., names, addresses, school details, contact info) without explicit, verifiable consent from a parent/guardian—especially if intended to facilitate exploitation.

• Depicts minors in a way that endangers their safety, or that could be used to target them for sexual purposes.

• Contains "virtual" or "simulated" content that mimics CSAM or sexualizes minors.

2. Prohibited Behavior

Users may not engage in any behavior that:

• Grooms minors—including actions intended to establish an emotional or trust-based relationship with a minor for the purpose of sexual abuse, exploitation, or manipulation.

• Solicits sexual content, images, or interactions from minors, or pressures minors into sexual activity (online or offline).

• Targets minors with sexual comments, advances, or explicit material.

• Coerces, blackmails, or threatens minors to obtain sexual content or engage in sexual behavior.

• Facilitates or arranges meetings between adults and minors for sexual purposes.

• Impersonates a minor or a trusted adult (e.g., teacher, parent) to gain access to or exploit minors.

3. Reporting Mechanisms

• Mandatory Reporting: All users are encouraged to report any content or behavior they suspect violates these rules immediately.

• How to Report: Use the app’s built-in "Report" button (available on all posts, messages, and profiles) or contact our safety team via the designated support channel. Reports can be made anonymously if preferred.

• Our Commitment: We will review all reports promptly (within 24-48 hours, where possible) and take appropriate action. We will never share the identity of reporters without their consent, unless required by law.

4. Enforcement Actions

We will take swift, decisive action against users who violate these rules, including:

• Removing all prohibited content immediately.

• Suspending or permanently banning the offending user’s account (with no right to appeal in severe cases).

• Reporting all suspected CSAE to law enforcement agencies and child protection authorities as required by law.

• Cooperating fully with official investigations, including providing access to relevant user data and content.

5. User Responsibilities

• Users must respect the safety and dignity of all minors on the app.

• Parents/guardians are encouraged to monitor their children’s app use and use any available parental control features.

• Users must not attempt to circumvent our safety measures (e.g., by altering content to avoid detection).

6. Ongoing Commitment

We will regularly update these rules to address new threats and comply with evolving laws. We also invest in technology and staff training to detect and prevent CSAE on our platform.

These rules are non-negotiable. Protecting children is our highest priority, and we will take all necessary steps to ensure our app is not used to harm them.
